How to Fix Sore Feet: A Guide to Soothing Even the Toughest Aches and Pains

Pull the band towards you and hold for a few seconds. Repeating this exercise will help you strengthen and stretch your heel.

Hold the position for up to fifteen seconds, switch sides, then repeat. 

Tip 9: Wear a Shoe Insert
